Ingrid Garvey

A New Orleans area native and graduate of Loyola University, Ingrid earned her license in real estate in 1991. Her interest in the industry began when she was searching for her own first home. During the process, she found it so intriguing that she decided to pursue the field as a part of her career path. Since obtaining her realtor's license, she has gone on to earn broker's licenses in both Louisiana and Mississippi.

Ingrid holds that the most important aspect of her job is fostering an understanding of each individual client's wants and needs and matching that information to the perfect fit. Integrity, determination, professionalism and tough negotiation on behalf of her clients have created a successful path for her in real estate. Running businesses early in her career, including thriving ventures in real estate development and investing, has keenly positioned Ingrid to appreciate the business on a deeper level than most. "Being extremely knowledgeable of the marketplace as well as keeping up with the mortgage rates allow me to guide my clients through the entire process from first contact to beyond closing," she says. Her repeat business and referrals demonstrate how much her clients trust her experience and expertise. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, traveling and clay target shooting.
