Felicia Lomonaco

Growing up in the historic Garden District of New Orleans, Felicia has worked in real estate since 2017 when she was attracted to the profession following the purchase of her own family home. With a special interest in real estate investment opportunities and residential renovations, she commits herself to all of her clients whether they're looking to purchase their first home or their tenth venture property... and everything in between. She loves her job, and it shows.

Felicia graduated from Louise S. McGehee School and later the University of Holy Cross where she earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration. She currently resides in Gretna with her husband, Nathan II, and their four sons, Nathan III, Lennon, Harrison and Robert. Felicia enjoys traveling, sailing and spending time with friends, family and her dog, Katie.
